Credit for Registered Independent Study and Research
Students who wish to receive credit for Independent Study (28100), Independent Research (48100), or Internship (49800) must register by submitting a Course Description Form found in Registrar Forms signed by the course instructor.
- For Independent Research, the form also requires the School director’s signature.
- Any Independent Study or Independent Research courses taught in summer or taught by someone other than a full-time faculty member must also be approved by the associate dean of the College.
- A signature from the Career Development Center is needed if course will complete the Connect graduation requirement.
