Diversity and Inclusion at Hiram encompasses providing and sustaining well-defined pathways for all community members to practice and experience respect, inclusion, and belonging in general and specific ways. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) works in a focused way to advance the College's longstanding goal of being a healthy and vibrant campus that puts learning with and about each other as essential priorities. Throughout the year, ODI partners with a variety of individuals and groups to provide programs and strategic initiatives that are intended to promote knowledge, awareness, respect, and understanding across cultures, backgrounds, and disciplines.
