Diversity and Inclusion at Hiram encompasses providing and sustaining well-defined curricular and co-curricular opportunities for members of the community to pursue their goals in an environment that is respectful, inclusive, safe, and equitable. The Dean of Students Office coordinates diversity services and works in tandem with the Campus Diversity Committee, the Center for Social Impact, the Office of Campus Involvement, Student Senate, Student and Academic Affairs, and many other stakeholders to advance the College's DEI goals. As Hiram thrives to be a healthy and vibrant campus, learning with and about each other is central to our values. Throughout the year, ODI partners with a variety of individuals and groups to provide programs and strategic initiatives that promote knowledge, awareness, and understanding across cultures, backgrounds, and disciplines.
